Built over a double subterranean parking structure, the California courtyard apartment complex features a rooftop pool and spa, lavish gardens, media room, full–service gym and ample guest parking.  One–to–two bedroom units ranging in size from 700 to 1400 square feet. The HW was completed with $20,000,000 in hard construction costs.
