Located at the intersection of Larchmont and Melrose. This mixed use project contains 85 units and over 3000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. Located at the northerly terminus of the Larchmont corridor and is only 2 blocks from the main entrance to Paramount Studios. This mid–century modern design features contemporary residential amenities including a rooftop deck, media room, full–service gym and ample guest parking. The project faces both Melrose Avenue and Camerford Avenue. It is one of the first in Los Angeles to include housing over a public street or alley. The LC features one–to–two bedroom units ranging in size from 600 to 1100 square feet.
