Together with Hymax, the Kibo Group is spearheading an ambitious project in Mission Hills near the 405 and 118 Freeways. Named the Bermuda Apartments, this multifamily residential development will be situated at the southwest intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Bermuda Street. The project is set to introduce a four-story building (three story building and one story parking garage) with 52 one-and two-bedroom apartments. Notably, seven of these units are dedicated to very low- and extremely low-income households. The structure will feature above-ground parking capable of accommodating 77 vehicles. Its architectural design blends smooth finish stucco on the upper floors with a concrete masonry unit wall at ground level, resulting in a boxy, low-rise structure sporting gray, white, and orange hues. Construction of the Bermuda Apartments is expected to span roughly 21 months.
